Vice President

Noah is the first face you’ll see. His leadership in sales and construction over the last 16 years will secure your decision to choose MidCity as your homebuilder. He manages contracts, sales, and, well, everything really. His warmth and enthusiasm in your choice to build with us, will leave you wishing you’d only met him sooner.

Sean McCaffrey

Operations Manager

Sean, a Purdue alumni, oversees office operations including budgeting, proforma, and cost accounting. His deep understanding of the inner workings of the industry help to stabilize the foundation at the base of the organization. He’s the one who added the speed bumps to your community.

Kyle Lawson

Purchasing Manager

Kyle is an IT professional, who brings our construction documentation to the next level. He is the master of purchasing, permitting, and all things web. You will notice a welcome difference through every electronic interaction, with clarity of information and calculated design, that sets us apart from the competition.

Ryan Cassiday

Area Manager

Ryan, Texas State graduate, will exceed your expectations for site supervision. He manages all field personnel, scheduling, warranty, and is our boots on the ground, always present in the community. After occupying your home, I’d suggest you invite him to karaoke.

Your home comes with a 1 year complete, 5 year structural, and 10 year foundation warranty. Let us know if you have any concerns, and we’ll check up on you at 6 months and 1 year after making your purchase.
  • STEP 1: Create a List. Needs on one half, Wants on the other. Let’s start from the beginning. How many Bedrooms? How many Bathrooms? Does your family need room to grow? Do you work from home for extended periods of time?

  • STEP 2: Decide on a budget, then speak to one of our Mortgage professionals. Our Mortgage Calculator can help!

  • STEP 3: Make an appointment to meet with one of our Sales Associates, remotely, or in our Model Home to help you pick the perfect elevation and lot to build on; or even select from our inventory of completed homes.
  • STEP 4: Make all design and electrical selections and finalize the purchase of your new home! We’re here to walk you through it.
  • STEP 5: Meet your Construction Manager.
  • STEP 6: Walk your home prior to us covering up the walls. Want to make changes? For a fee, we allow certain modifications depending on your Stage of Construction.

  • STEP 7: Orientation. Discuss any final touches, and Walk your new home, starting up every system, to ensure we meet your expectations.
  • STEP 8: Closing. We hand you the keys. Welcome Home.

The Stages we use to track the progress of your 180 day build.
  • Stage 0: Prestart. Once you sign on the dotted line, our Purchasing team will expedite the permitting process with the City, create all orders, and prepare your home to be handed off to your Construction Manager. Here you will meet your Construction Manager for a Pre-Construction meeting and walk your lot.

  • Stage 1: WE HAVE LIFTOFF! Survey and lot prep.

  • Stage 2: Foundation.

  • Stage 3: Framing.

  • Stage 4: Roofing and windows.

  • Stage 5: Mechanical roughs and inspections.

  • Stage 6: Sheetrock, then insulation. Here we will Walk your home just before we cover the walls to ensure everything is in exactly the right spot.

  • Stage 7: Trim and cabinets.

  • Stage 8: Countertops and tile.

  • Stage 9: Flooring.

  • Stage 10: Clean and final paint.

  • Stage 11: Orientation and closing. Here we will Walk your home one last time before turning it over.
